This allows for immediate dispatch, but rest assured that any delays due to backorders will be promptly communicated and resolved.

Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@flexxyfurniture.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours to avoid any potential additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, any costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used.
Return with ease within 14 days from delivery date! Our policy allows for hassle-free returns on new/unused items with attached product tags. Shop confidently knowing that in the rare case you need to return an item, we've got you covered.
